How do I book a photoshoot or video session?
You can book a session by filling out our contact form or reaching out via email or phone. Once we discuss your needs, we’ll schedule the perfect time and location for your shoot.
What should I bring to the photoshoot?
Bring anything that makes your dog comfortable—favourite toys, treats, water, and their lead. These items will help keep your dog engaged and relaxed during the session.
How long does a photoshoot usually take?
The duration depends on the package you choose. Most of our photoshoots last between 1 to 1.5 hours, while video sessions may take longer depending on the content we’re capturing.
What if the weather is bad on the day of the outdoor shoot?
If the weather isn’t suitable for an outdoor shoot, we’re flexible! We can reschedule to another day that works for you or adapt the session to an indoor setting if possible.
How do I prepare my dog for the photoshoot?
Make sure your dog is well-rested and fed before the session. Bring some treats, and make sure they’ve had a chance to relieve themselves. Grooming your dog beforehand will also ensure they look their best!
What’s included in the editing process?
Our editing process involves selecting the best images and applying professional retouching. We focus on enhancing natural light, colour balance, and bringing out the details that make your dog shine while keeping the images looking authentic.
How many photos will I receive?
The number of final images depends on the package you choose. Each package includes a set number of professionally edited high-resolution images for you to select from.
Can I be in the photos with my dog?
Absolutely! If you’d like to be included in some of the shots, we’re more than happy to capture those moments as well. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
How long does it take to receive the final photos or videos?
Typically, you will receive your final edited photos within 2-3 weeks after the photoshoot. For video projects, the editing process may take 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.
Do you travel outside of London for shoots?
Yes, we do! While travel within certain areas of London is included in our packages, we’re happy to travel further for an additional fee. Please get in touch, and we can discuss the logistics and costs.
Can I use the photos for commercial purposes?
Images from personal photoshoots are licensed for personal use only. If you need commercial rights, please let us know in advance, and we can discuss a commercial licensing arrangement.
What happens if my dog doesn’t cooperate during the shoot?
We understand that dogs can be unpredictable. Our sessions are designed to be relaxed, and we allow plenty of time for breaks if needed. Patience is key, and we’ll work together to make sure your dog feels comfortable and happy throughout the session.
Can you accommodate special requests for editing or themes?
Yes, we’re always open to creative ideas! If you have a specific vision or theme in mind, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
